Original shell finishes of oak panelling and fibrous plaster ceiling have been sensitively refurbished to create a stylish interior envelope. Against this backdrop strong theatrical elements have been introduced to form a dynamic and relaxed restaurant environment.
The rear section opens directly onto the exhibition hall to provide a separate fast food operation
