Planning consent has been granted for this city centre mixed-use development in the heart of Southampton. Comprising a mix of uses - circa 10,000 sq m (115,000 sq ft) of Grade A office space over 8 floors, 180 residential units and a 150-bed hotel.

Mayflower Plaza contributes to the sustainable development objectives of Southampton City Council, and is considered to meet important sustainable design principles.
