This innovative, competition-winning design is built directly above the A1 motorway on the Hatfield Tunnel. A free-spanning barrel roof, 50 metres wide, 150 metres long and 25 metres high imparts no direct loading onto the tunnel structure whilst creating a vast dynamic internal space.
