This nine-storey city headquarters or multi-let office building opposite St Paul's Cathedral fully respects the historic architecture and urban grain which surrounds it, whilst making a powerful contemporary design statement in its own right.
Located Immediately adjacent to St Paul's underground station, the building provides retail on ground level and gives new impetus to Foster Lane with active frontages and wider pavements. The offices, finished to a high level, have an "Excellent" BREAAM rating.
